For Laksmi, Kuala Lumpur October 29, 2016 I made two stops, one at dusk and one at midnight, to catch some of the whiz-bang of Deepavali festivities. High-rise apartments in Brickfields and a kampung of wooden row houses in TTDI provided contrasting backdrops for the outdoor celebrations in the city.
